Connection to the 1mdm.com website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the following provisions.
1 - Ownership
The current website (hereafter, "Site"), accessible at the URL address www.1mdm.com as well as its sub-domains, is the property of SuperLabs (hereafter, “SuperLabs"), registered in India with headquarters at No 34, Marudamalai Kuounder Layout, Ramakrishna Puram, Sakthi Road, Ganapathy post, Coimbatore - 641006. 3 - Site Content - Reproduction
Site content (hereafter, "Content") means the general structure of the Site, its URL, the name of the corresponding domain, the Site's graphics, its constituent texts, still and animated images and sounds, the trademarks and logos of SuperLabs.
Any partial or total reproduction of the Site or its Content by whatever means without the express prior authorization of SuperLabs Article L.122-4 of the Law on Intellectual Property and constitutes a forgery sanctioned by Articles L.335-2 and the following articles of the same law.
The same applies to the extraction and/or partial or total use of any databases found on the Site. These are the property of SuperLabs, their creator, and as such are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law.
4 - User License
By virtue of connecting to the Site, the internet user who visits the Site (hereafter, "Visitor") acknowledges having accepted from SuperLabs a user license strictly limited by the following binding conditions:
- the license is not exclusive;
- the user rights granted to the Visitor are personal and private, which means that any reproduction of the Site Content on any type of device for collective or professional use, even for internal company use, is prohibited. The same applies to the electronic transfer of Content, even by company intranet or extranet;
- user rights only include authorization to save for display on a single-workstation screen and to make a copy to save and/or print;
- Site pages can in no case be included on or embedded in the pages of another website. Violation of these provisions subjects the offender to criminal and civil sanctions as determined by Indian law.

6 - Trademarks
Brand names and logos present on the Site are the registered trademarks of SuperLabs and its partners. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks and logos without the express consent of their registered owners is forbidden.
7 - Internet Links
The insertion in a website or on personal pages of a hypertext link (hereinafter “Link”) leading to the Site is authorized. The insertion of Links should under no circumstances be used in any context which is liable to harm SuperLabs. SuperLabs reserves the right to request the deletion of a Link from a third-party site. Links to other internet resources inserted on the Site in no way engage the responsibility of SuperLabs with respect to their content. SuperLabs can propose links from its site to other affiliated or non-affiliated sites. These sites are independent. SuperLabs does not create or control these sites. A link to a site in no case constitutes approval or a partnership between SuperLabs and the site. SuperLabs cannot be held responsible for the content, products, advertising or any elements or services present on such sites. Please note that affiliated or non-affiliated sites are subject to their own conditions of use and protection of personal data.
8 - Price Information & Refunds
Prices are indicative only and may vary by country, with changes to the cost of raw materials and exchange rates. Pricing on www.1mdm.com is listed are indicative and updated time to time. Product pages will list impending manufacturers' price increases, where applicable. For pending alternate payment orders, we reserve the right to adhere to these price increases on orders not paid in full by the specified deadline. In order to ensure that you receive the most accurate pricing on your order, we recommend that you pay in full prior to the effective date of the increase. *Prices are pre-tax. They exclude delivery charges and customs duties and do not include additional charges for installation or activation options.
All prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a website error, www.1mdm.com will resolve the discrepancy, at our discretion, on all orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. This resolution may involve coming to an agreed upon price with the customer or a cancellation of the order, resulting in a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
User may also receive a full refund if they are returning the item within the time mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase in original packing. Users may choose to receive replacement of the same item if it is not as described or refund of the value at the time of purchase within 5 to 10 working days.
Receipt of Incorrect Product
If you believe you received the incorrect product, please keep the item(s) unused and in the original packaging and reach out to our Customer Solutions team. They will work with you to reship the correct item or offer a refund within 5 to 10 working days. We may require a picture of the incorrect product you received and will cover the cost of return shipping for that item.
